Benefits package was good and covers most areas needed by the average employee. The cost is increasing for the employee each year,

Terrible Health Care and they keep getting worse! 2016 beware, new package is terrible! Dental and Vision are good though. 401K is good. They don't offer a Pension anymore. They offer paid for advanced degrees but only partial pay that might cover one semester, then you have to work for them 2 years after you get it. They also don't give you anything when you get it, no raise, no level, nothing.

9/80 flexible work schedule (every other Friday off).

The best thing about the benefits package is the 401K, they offer very competitive plans that produce great returns.

Health Benefit costs continue to increase by about $20-$40/month every year.

The LM health package in Fort Worth has no options. You can only choose one plan or no plan.

For part timers we receive no benefits from the company so they raise the amount paid to you hourly because of that
