"50% match up to 8%, plus 6% on top, for a grand total of 10%. This is outstanding and I do not know of anyone who tops that. If you make $100 and max out your 401k, you're putting away $28k a year."

The health insurance price is high. Maternity leave is available but paternity is not. There are lots of options for life and accident insurance at a really low price. 401k matching of 50% up to 8% of salary is great.

The benefits package are really good. The work life balance is also very good. Many other industries and companies don't come even close to what Lockheed Martin offers.
