Great benefits package, although I paid more out of pocket for health insurance than my previous job. The dental insurance was amazing.

Solid health and dental, although the newer health plans are too expensive. Decent 401k. 3 weeks vacation. 9 80 work schedule is awesome. On campus free health clinic for common minor ailments. On site free gym.

Medical benefits are just terrible, LM is dumping more and more of the costs of the plan on employees. Only one plan, very high deductible, poor Rx coverage

Some restrictions and not as nice as other major tech companies in the Bay, but they are very satisfactory.

There are lot of things LM offers towards benefits that aren't openly discussed such as reserved parking spaces, an excellent relocation package, time off, 3 weeks vacation plus sick time plus personal business time, flexible hours, 9/80 work schedule (you are off every other Friday), paid every Friday, on-site medical clinic, on-site cafeteria, cafeteria branches throughout the plant, education assistance, 401k, stock options, and much more.

Your basic benefits package for govt contractor. 3 week vacation plus annual holiday shutdown, medical, dental, etc. Compared to other silicon valley companies, benefits and perks are weak.

Raises are minimal. Salary doesn't compare to the software industry. Really poor facilities with expensive poor quality food.

The benefits are good. 50% matching of your first 8% for retirement...Roth 401(k) too....

Good 401K matching plan. Good health insurance compared to many.
