"50% match up to 8%, plus 6% on top, for a grand total of 10%. This is outstanding and I do not know of anyone who tops that. If you make $100 and max out your 401k, you're putting away $28k a year."

Up to 10% Company contribution to 401k is great, but the health benefits are horrible. They only offer a high deductible plan which is pricey if you get sick.
PTO is competitive to what is offered by their competitors. LM also has a 4 day work week which is great for work/life balance.
