Every year TMF Group supports International Women's Day with several initiatives to raise awareness and to progress gender parity. This year, we asked several women leaders to share their advice on life, career and self development in hopes that more colleagues #ChooseToChallenge the status quo to call out and rise above gender bias and inequality.
In the spirit of giving, our #CzechRepublic team went all out to collect meal vouchers for single mothers in need. Our team collected 160 meal vouchers amounting to 680 EUR which were distributed to 5 recipients via the http://www.fandimamam.cz/ platform.

In November, Typhoon Vamco hit the largest island in the Philippines, Luzon, disrupting the lives of thousands of people. Donna Canamo from our Operations and Technology team took it upon herself to lead relief drives for the impacted community, raising over 45,000 pesos for the relief efforts. Kudos to Donna for setting such an example for us to give back to our communities!
