1. Very very poor work and personal life balance.
2. Most departments are dependent on process dept for even simple engineering inputs. Hence the process dept is taxed unnecessarily. This has resulted in lack of time for process engineers to execute their engineering and also reduces the quality of deliverables from Process dept due to lack of time..
3. Process department is not equipped to handle core process engineering.
4. Some employees are burdned with excess work. Work delegation to all employees is not uniform.
5. Project schedules are unrealistic.
6. Promotions are not performance based but based on the number of years completed which is unfair.
