Pros

Good work culture and supportive seniors. The projects to work involve cross-functional interaction. There is excellent interaction with peers.

Cons

Too much focus on documentation and procedures. Different departments are not treated at par.

Worse than ever before...

Pros

Not much left besides benefits and healthcare. Until the leadership will be changed it will go further down the drain...

Cons

It looks like the majority of the leadership is lacking the skills required to turn this company around. They are simply not sensitive enough to understand what's going on within the company, how bad the moral already is and there is not much left from the prior culture. At one point this was a place where it was fun to work - not anymore! I hope that a one point the German HQ will realize this situation and exchange the Management. If not than more and more people will leave.
