The best things were multiple training, good career development, nice colleagues, and great fixable hours. It is a good start for your career as an international company.

Cons

Weak HR practices, pay plans, and compensation, combined with high working pressures. which is affecting employees performance, satisfaction, and turnover negatively

Pros

Solid company, good benefits, often pro active in training.

Cons

No advancement in some locations. The operations are so lean if someone takes a day off or someone calls in sick, it can lead to immense stress in trying to get things done. Tendency to underpay key employees
