Pros

Pay is good. But they ask you to work more then 50 hours a week. They have fun people to work with.

Cons

No training provided. On the job learn as you go. You have little in terms of expectations which makes it difficult to actually do the job.

Pros

Decent benefits. Management respects the family at home and many concessions are given.

Cons

The politics here make for a very hostile work environment. Management bickers like children. Employees on all levels will intentionally fail the customer in order to make some other department or person look bad. This company actually has the resources to offer top notch services, but their own internal divides keep them in a constant state of chaos and confusion. Also, the good Ole boy club has planted numerous landmines between women and authority.
