Pros

Large company with several resources. Excellent chance to work with different cultures. Superior benefits and overall great place to work.

Cons

Lack of empowerment. German headquarters thinks they know best and often do not trust their own management. Often regional differences are not understood or embraced.

Pros

Great company with great benefits. Structured so good people can move up quickly. Tuition reimbursement is better than any other company I have seen.

Cons

starting salaries are not as competitive as other companies. Obtaining great talent at these starting salaries is tough.

Pros

Great people to work with. Always a challenging set of problems to deal with. Great diversity of challenges including End User devices, Infrastructure, Programs, Systems integration challenges, and more.

Cons

At times there are challenges with after hours support that has been outsourced to another company. The response times from their Service desk make dealing with problems in a timely and effective manner difficult at best.
