      My coworkers are very easy to get along with and the the hours are excellent. My boss treats me with respect which I greatly appreciate.

      Its just not the type of work i'm passionate about. I need to be passionate about my work in order for me to really reach my full potential.

      Proximity to senior management, relatively stable company, a lot of room for improvement (it depends how you look, you can put that on the "Cons" side).

      Cons

      Not much of career oportunities, no HR advise, no trainings. Culture too rigid and old management way of dealing with problems;
