Its taken me a lot of time trying to think of a pro. I don't know if there is any pro! i can speak of. aha i just remembered my colleagues are the only thing i can say are a pro. and they only stay at this place because of age and or other colleagues or close to home work...i.e they have no other options!

Cons

full time salaried employee have to punch in/out. a buzzer sound for lunch time and break like in school very political managers that do nothing but walk and talk. employees benefits are second to nothing...I d rather get Obama care instead! employee end of year review is a joke...no matter what you do ...you will get what the manager gives you which is based on personnel relationships.

Work life balance,not lot of work. Good allowance for domestic travel.

Cons

They sign bond for everything and make leaving company difficult.change salary structure after joining and increase variable pay.there is no management its one man show.
