Pros

Thyssenkrupp has a pretty laid back environment and they have multiple events to try and get the employees to interact. Great healthcare. 401k matching up to 3%.

Cons

While Thyssenkrupp HQ in Germany has more vacation and offer their employees flex dates here in the US they do not. There is no flex time, working from home, and only 10 vacation days a year.
