      Numerous titles to move around to. Plenty of room to grow and learn. Company that seems to care for employees. Family oriented which is great. Good salary. Great benifits.

      Cons

      Alot of work at times. Usually not bad but at times there can be too much to get done in a timely manner.

      Great place to work and gain experience. Steering division (Engineering) in Indianapolis has a good leadership team and there is room to grow as an engineer.

      Cons

      There are very few opportunities to move into management positions. If management is your goal, don't intend to find the opportunity at TKP. The team is very well established.
