      Pros

      Greenwood Village is a nice place to work and easy to commute to with the light rail.

      Cons

      Matrix organization with a lot of repeat work and little training or direction. Tough place to work given the lack of direction by the organization.

      Pros

      The hours are good and there is a good chance to make decent money. They usually have lots of overtime and incentive payout for production.

      Cons

      There is not much room for advancement, they do not like to hire within. it is easy to feel like you are going nowhere with the company, because you probably won't. it is a very political company and all that matters is who you know and who is related to who.
