Pros

Sometimes food is provided when made to work mandatory overtime

Cons

Hostile work environment, discriminatory, you could ask six different supervisors the same exact question and get six different answers, when employees quit the work environment gets worse; alarms going off in ears at all times of day, expected to stay in queue to answer calls when you're given ten different tasks to complete at the same time; getting graded on quality assurance when you can't hear customers on the other line from interference/alarms going off/construction workers/low volume on phones and headsets...myself, among many other employees have stated it like working in a sweat shop.
