Pros

Though it is a big corporation, in my area of work it, at times, has more of a feel of mid-sized enterprise. Meaning, for example, one is fairly close to the actual operating business. The colleagues are in general a pleasure to work with. The work-life balance is mostly okay.

Cons

It still is a big corporation, which of course also brings advantages, but also means opaque structures and long decision processes. The construct “thyssenkrupp” has been undergoing a lot of change in recent years. Though, to be honest, the impact on me has been limited.
