      Good work culture but very slow growth.

      The work environment is friendly and even though there is recession the company offers incentives and job security.

      Cons

      Growth is very slow, employees are not rated on their performance they are rated on favouritism. There is no overtime/incentives & sometimes you have to even work on weekends.
