Pros

They pay well for what you end up doing. Job is pretty easy and they're more than willing to train you on anything you want to work on and improve on. There's also a bonus once a month that came up to around an extra weeks worth of pay when I was there, if you hit production goals. There are good benefits and management seems to really care.

Cons

Honestly, the only downside is that if you're working second shift, you might not find out when you're able to go home until it's about time. Management shoots for a goal and they're usually really fair but nobody can predict quitting time as it depends on how hard first shift works. Also can be hard to take time off.
