Pros
The working environment is very welcoming. I find myself very lucky that I get along with all my coworkers and manager. LEGO being a private corporation, they care a lot about their employees. I recently started working for them and I've been told I qualify for the yearly bonus, which depends on the customer ratings of the store. If your store has 90% positive reviews, your bonus will be good. Also, children can be very cute and will at times make your day. It's by far the best job I've had. One last thing is that you can grow very rapidly in the store. Many of my coworkers started as associates like myself and are now supervisors.
Cons
The only downside is the pay. At least in my store, the pay is very minimum. You can only be full-time if you're a supervisor or manager.
