      Not a great balance between personal and work life especially for managers, Always changing within the company store standards almost every month

      Being part of an innovative ever growing historical company. The LEGO group values its employees as an extended family. The collective whole is as important if not than individual parts.

      Cons

      This is not the place for someone who is not interested in teamwork and growth. Employees are held to high standards. Contribution is an essential job requirement.

      Pros

      Great atmosphere, fun people to work with, the customers are great and excited to play and buy Lego. Great staff perks.

      Cons

      Store can get very busy at times. Too many kids playing can get tiresome. People get angry when their products aren't in stock.
