      Pros

      Family oriented company that really takes care of their employees. quarterly bonuses and a yearly one too. flexible hours. FUN atmosphere. Try out product, take it home to build, great discount. DM and RM come for quarterly visits, so everyone just keeps abreast with everyone and everything.

      Cons

      It's a considered a HIGH END childrens store. So even though LEGO has high standards on customer service and store presentation, it's difficult to upkeep when kids are wrecking the store and peeing everywhere.

      Great company with great people. Fun environment with lots of flexibility. Open to growth and innovation.

      Not all areas are fully developed and make it difficult to achieve the best results.

      Pros

      Great discount and this is one of the few jobs where its fun to talk to customers because the products are really cool.

      Cons

      Horrible manager with a fake personality and a few nasty, rude supervisors. Manager and supervisor need to know how to talk to employees better and not talk down to them. Also they need to learn how to say please and thank you. Can get extremely busy near the holidays, but that's any retail job. When not busy it can be very boring.
