Decent place to work

Pros

- Depending on the department / area that you work in, it can be a pretty relaxing work environment with great work-life balance. - Decent overall compensation and a good bonus program. - Nice facilities like gym (for a very small fee), chill / creative area etc.

Cons

- Depending on the department / area that you work in, it can be crazy stressful with tight deadlines and uncompensated (+ expected) overtime. - Employees are encouraged to lead through the leadership playground, which causes team members to step on each others toes. - Very few opportunities for in-role promotions, only seen it happen once or twice, despite working with some very competent people who're doing the work of the above level + more. - Managers in some departments don't have in-team direct reports, causing less visibility into day-to-day. Yearly reviews becomes a selling-game of accomplishments more so than constructive feedback from above.
