Caring company, friendly staff environment, nice benefits, fun place to work

Cons

Inconvenient hours. If you're sick or tired you'll get criticism for not being super high energy. Since lego stores are very popular, it's guaranteed you'll have some quite difficult busy days - customers were often a bit of a nightmare, so you need to have thick skin.

If you are looking for a company with work/life balance and a friendly envioromental it is the right place.

Cons

Promotions and salary increases are rare. Thus, if you are ok with the same level of salary and on the same professional level for 5-10 years, no problem for you.
