good pay family owned so not so cold as other companies good atmosphere, more team work vs other places I have worked for

Cons

There arent that many opportunities outside Billund, so you need to be OK on living on the country side

Nice and talented people generally People leaders genuinely care about your interests and motivations and make decisions around this Good pay Good benefits

Cons

A lot of corporate overheads and meetings Some people who aren't so nice can end up in positions of power and can be a bit like raptors in the middle of a load of puppies Some people like the safe nest they have made for themselves and act out of self interest instead of working toward a common goal
