Varied scope of work available but focus is on how the leadership can look after their own careers not anyone else. Desperate feel to how the business is run.

Cons

Weak leadership, as weak as I have ever seen. There is no such thing as a safe job at Worley and regardless of how hard you work, it won’t matter. It’s all about hire and fire to balance the books and there is no plan.
