      Pros

      Flexibility, generally fair wages, and decent healthcare

      Cons

      Some managers have issues managing internal conflict. Not always compensated fairly for work duties (depending on position). Rather than advancing current long-term employees they bring on a lot of contractors. Because WorleyParsons is such a large company, you often are made to feel like you are just a number when it comes to Senior Management.

      Pros

      People working in the business are great. Some great managers. Flexible working hours and good salary.

      Cons

      Some not so good managers. Senior Leadership Team needs to be replaced. They don't understand their employees (their asset) or their Clients (their income). Snr Leadership make decisions that don't make sense eg: getting rid of people is the best way to cut costs.

      Pros

      None - benefits used to be better than industry. They were drastically reduced last year.

      Cons

      Where do I start? Clueless management which has changed strategy three or four times in the past four years. Utter lack of customer focus. No concern for employees welfare or development. Management's sole objective seems to be to self preservation. Board (Australian) is not holding the CEO or the senior management accountable. Morale is abysmal. Don't join this company.
