Work week options (8 hrs/5 days a week; 9-80/2 weeks; 4-10/week). My co-workers and salary.

Cons

Management does not communicate with employees and in our mind they are clueless as to what we actually do. They recently took 1 week of paid time off from us and reduced their matching contribution to our 401K.

Every changing organization which has lost its way with employees left paying the price in jobs. The culture which attracted and kept people is fast disappearing. There is a world outside Melbourne!
