The work-life balance is most flexible. No pressure on deadlines. But the company expects you to complete the project reports before deadline for the purpose of review.

Cons

The company could do better with regards to the benefits they provide to their employees. No social gathering or team lunch. They should revise their policy and improve on team gatherings.

Management has no idea. They seem to be more interested in climbing the ladder and self promotion than supporting the actual work. A lot of promotion due to connections rather than merit happening
