Pros
The pay is good, but not top of market, nothing else is a PRO, unless the Rogerdale office is close to you.
Cons
Worley do not value expertise as much as bums on seats, so it becomes a race to the bottom with personnel and thus salaries. If you look at the impact to IntecSea and Advisian personnel over the last few years you will see a large drop in the number of still employed personnel. This is a direct reflection of management's focus being elsewhere.
