Lots of multidisciplinary work Many coworkers have experience which if asked are happy to give advice and learning opportunities Good benefits as well a working hours

Cons

Project based meaning if market is in downturn, expect to be on leave for an indefinite amount of time Little training modules so majority of learning comes from mentors or other coworkers

I’ve had a great experience with almost every project I’ve been on in my time there. Great people and leads/dept manager. 4/10 schedule was a huge bonus. Felt well compensated as well.

Cons

Slowly reduced WFH options and product deadlines can be unrealistic. You have to be on a project or you risk losing your job.
