I worked on an interesting EPCM project. They have good business systems, procedures and practices. Great office and lots of good people.

Cons

A down side of working at WorleyParsons is that a lot of their work involves large projects. This can lead to insecurity in your employment status and disparity in salary.

fair salary, anual raises, convenient location - downtown, nice office complex, up to date computer systems, great co-workers, nice benefit package

Cons

Many hours of mandatory anual training that must be completed on a monthly basis on your own time. Not enough training on in-house software.
