Engineers -technical the workers ( some of them), hard workers to feed the bonuses Promotion and benefits awarded to certain people and circle, if you get in there it's a positive thing

Lack of leadership Promotion to those from a specific social team Square pegs round holes fit many of the leaders Staff employed due to low salaries not based on technical ability UK expats are all British Pakistanis like CM Bonuses given , no transparency or measurement on performance in place, if you in good books then well rewarded or if you in social circle Promises of increase salary made to many , only to find that negotiation happens again as promises broken Expats from UK generally get all perks others it is difficult Salary is low compared to the same job in the industry No job security They put people who are not qualified for the position but has connections with Senior Management Too much Politics; causes Poor Work Quality Many get in the Company even if there degree is not related to the requirements and no work experience (needs to reviewed) Large turn over of staff Good people come realise quickly there is a bias .....
