      Pros

      Great benefits and salary. I got 4 weeks vacation after working for one year. 5% 401K match. Hours were usually pretty good and the work was challenging.

      Cons

      I didn't feel like my engineering skills were developed there. I was mostly just issuing project documents. After several years, I still was not moved on to another project.

      Generally the company pay competitive salaries. Global presence.

      Cons

      Very 'cut throat' business, and ruthless company. Company does not invest in training its employees unless a client is paying for it. The companies internal systems are not effective. Huge pressure placed on individuals for billable hours - even junior staff who have no control over it.
