      Colleagues are good.A big pool of people from other countries to work on a project.

      Cons

      No job security. Worley get very less project especially Worley east. And when ever a project fell through almost all team gets fired. Ended work from home. Senior management is not very competent to get new projects.The average job span of all disciplines is less than 2 years.
