Not many.....Just good pay and benefits

Cons

No real training. My process manager on the project didn't care for employee development or mentoring. He just cared for the bottom line on project completion. This company like a lot of similar E&Cs have terrible process engineering managers - meaning they maybe good technically, but not good at people skills. Which is too bad, because they get the big bucks to not just manage technology but also to manage people effectively. Bottom line if you are a process engineer, do not work at the Bellaire Worleyparsons location.

Pros

Great people, lots of projects and therefore you have got the chance to meet lots of people from various background/disciplines, work is quite challenging sometimes but people overall are kind/willing to help.

Cons

Some HRs are ok, but some don't give a damn about ur well being, as I was a contractor and I left right after the GFC I was in contact pressures about my employment status and HR didn't seem to show too much empathy about my situation.
