Pros

The team I worked with was very inclusive, and offered a lot of potential for growth and learning. We had strict deadlines, but were offered a lot of support without politics or drama. There was chance to work overtime as well, with good pay. Only reason I left was to pursue higher education and relocate from the country.

Cons

Interdiscipline coordination was sometimes a hassle but nothing too bad that it caused any hurdle towards meeting deadlines.
