      The IT management is toxic, and backwards. They greenlight projects that waste money. They push ideas from 20+ years ago. Avoid.

      - Improvement opportunities in case you're lucky and you can work on a modern project - Certificates can be obtained (e.g. AWS), supported and paid by the company - Flexible working hours - You can work in full remote and also you can visit the office every day, it's up to you - Frequent company events (at least 1 per quarter) - Travel opportunities abroad in certain positions - Career opportunities

      Cons

      - Legacy projects - Fragile, unstable pipelines (works 1 times out of 5) - International teams: you may need to work in both European and American timezone - No game rooms / rest rooms - Low salaries, inflation is not getting compensated - Bonus is based on company performance, not individual performance - No cafeteria - Key roles are powerless, they have no authority (management, HR)
