      Pros

      The company has a great culture that promotes growth and development. It's very easy to reach out to anyone in the company whether it be an entry-level dev all the way to a tribe lead. Members across the company are willing to help for any issues that come up or point you in the correct direction to whoever can help. It's encouraged to broaden yourself across the company, where you can switch between different positions.

      Cons

      Although the company is a great place to learn, it may not be great in the long run. The promotion process may be slow depending on your team, and the increase in pay/benefits may not match other companies.

      Pros

      The culture at WFS is phenomenal. Everyone is always ready to help you excel. There are so many opportunities to increase your knowledge and technical proficiency, as WFS supports a multitude of applications based on different frameworks allowing us the freedom to explore. The Intern-grad program is an accelerated but structured program that sets you up for success! I've personally converted full-time after the internship program and just within the year I've been here, I've grown so much. There is also the ability to work remotely which is really nice.

      Pros

      Good work-life balance, friendly people, available to remote work. Rarely work out of office hours and never have on weekends.

      Cons

      For some it may be hard to be placed in exactly what you want to do, you may be a 'developer' but you want to work on a specific technology but are placed elsewhere. Pay is just average if you are entry level. I think your experience is heavily determined by your team
