      A Great Company for Growth

      Pros

      The company is growing and getting better all the time. They are very open to ideas if you are willing to be the driver for your own initiatives. They encourage learning and contributing to the greater body of knowledge so that all employees can benefit from each individual's growth.

      Cons

      The company feels very segregated into silos. Not a lot of communication and standards that stretch across the different sectors, departments and teams. Things would be a lot easier for the workers if those standards were in place and made available for everyone to follow. This is something they are currently aware of and are improving.
