      Very supportive at all levels. You are actively encouraged to recognise your colleagues and success is shared at every opportunity. The business continues to grow and move into some exciting sustainable markets which both great on a business level but also for personal grow.

      Elements of package are pretty standard and in order to stand out, some forward thinking is needed.

      The people you work with are great. They have good benefits.

      Cons

      The hours of work is sucky with working day and Night Shift while also having to be on call. They expect a ton of work per shift and not a lot of room for upward movement.
