I have thoroughly enjoyed my time working at World Fuel Services. The culture is great, management is great both in my department and in others. From top to bottom leadership values you as a person just as much as they do an employee, which is uncommon in large corporations. You are encouraged to use your PTO and the amount of PTO is generous. Benefits are good. You will have all the resources you could possibly need to be successful in Sales.

Cons

Base salaries could be better, but there is ample opportunity to increase your earnings via commission if you perform well.
