- the opportunity to create interesting projects (if you have right skills) - access to various instruments for your projects - despite the fact that it is old corporation it is quite agile that allows you not to stuck in the bureaucracy and effectively contribute to your project

Cons

- lack of documentation for existing software which leads to the additional time "expenses" on research (but perhaps only young IT startups do not suffer from this) - slow growth (no annual raise, you are more likely to be hired for a function) cons are rather dictated by Corporation status

Cons

There is a significant lack of good leadership and company direction within the company. There's miles of internal red tape making it very difficult to get your job done and no trust in their employees. There is a lot of this is the way we've always done it mindsets. People who need to do just do what they've always done so they can check their box no matter if it is redundant or a waste money.
