      Good pay, good benefits (compared to most)

      Cons

      Very little chance of advancement as company prefers to bring in outside talent, no regard for personal time (be prepared to be hooked to you BB 24/7)

      Good Company to work for with excellent benefits but be prepared to put in unpaid overtime!

      Pros

      Lots of great people to work with and excellent benefits Good company culture and workplace environment lots of opportunity to gain additional knowledge of the industry, other jobs within the company that are industry specific such as brokering, procurement, operations, IT systems infrastructure. Solid foundation and continued growth despite the current economy

      Cons

      Room for advancement if you rub the right elbows of senior management and are at the right place at the right time as they typically hire upper management from outside the company rather than from within. Lots of unpaid overtime is mandatory to complete job requirements Expect to be thrown into the job with very little guidance or training.
