People are great to work with. Fast pace environment where you learn on the fly. Depending on the type of person you are, you enjoy that style.

Cons

Lack of structure when it comes to management and ALOT of work. Considering the size of the company and user base from outside, coupled with all the aquistions and intergrations, it's a ton of work for the IT to keep up with.
