Lax management attitude on cost-cutting Limited career growth options Limited horizontal mobility Unstructured organisation and meetings Top loaded structure with inefficiencies and micro-managed culture No mentor-ship opportunities Teamwork at top management level is highly frowned upon with individual SVPs guarding knowledge and not sharing it easily with other folks. Poorly equipped HR and immigration personnel and lack of understanding of global employee issues.

Great benefits and facilities for its employees. Very structured with regular meetings and email blasts to keep everyone informed about what is going on and where the organization is headed.

Cons

Losses track of the greatness of the smaller organizations that it buys up by the dozens. The my way or the highway mentality that WFS brings to the table.
