      Within a few months my position changed due to lack of training and leadership. Training program is not adequate Senior Leadership cannot be trusted--I was told I made one of the highest salaries but then learned that I earn the minimum Misleading and deceptive

      I felt listened to and there was plenty of opportunity for professional growth within the company. The company communicates well with its employees.
