      Priorities constantly changing, not enough time to plan your work and work your plan. To many production application problems to effectively work on project Agile/Sprint activities. Same resource assigned to Project/Support/Trouble Shooting/etc

      Pros

      Company has a great benefit plan, global footprint, great people, pays extremely well and diverse scope of products and services.

      Cons

      CEO is a former bunker fuel trader that no one ever imagined becoming CEO of a Fortune 100 Company. Incoming Managers have little or no Management experience. Company is buying very small energy companies while letting go of hundreds of people to falsely simulate growth. Spending and expenses are out of control. Company has no common CRM system so no one knows our Customers. Pretending everything is fine and will improve won't make anything better.
