      Somewhat good pay Good PTO policy

      Never ending restructuring, have been here around 8 years and not sure how many times they restructured the organization and changed tech stack. Recently they fired around 60 people, no reason given..Due to restructuring again .. IT does too much custom development, most are throw away, never used by business. All politics. You will be promised for a bonus, keeping the base salary low.. But mostly you don't get it due to company not doing good.. 2017-Q4 earnings announced recently and they look bad.
