      1) Company history and branding. 2) Staff Welfare 3) Location and working environment

      Cons

      1) Poor management with no vision n directions. 2) Poor management of staff's career progression 3) Poor talent management 4) Endless restructuring 5) Fortune 100 company, but doesn't operate like one 6) Higher management hv little to no knowledge of what's happening on the grd level. 7) Poor level of engagement between higher management and ground level employee.
